Cous Cous with Steamed and Fried Veg.

Recipe Ingredients for Cous Cous and Veg

1/2 pepper
3 large mushrooms
1/2 onion
4 tbsp cous cous
1 small sweet potato
1 cup aubergine, raw
1/2 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Cous Cous and Veg

  1. Chop the sweet potato and put into steamer

  2. Leave for 15 minutes, add aubergine

  3. Chop pepper, mushroom, and onion.

  4. Fry the onions until cooked.

  5. Boil Some hot water (read packet of couscous for however much), add to cous cous, add herbs and cover.

  6. Add pepper and mushrooms to the pan and cook for ten minutes. Add spices.

  7. Add cous cous to pan. Stir.

  8. Everything should be cooked :D
