Recipe Ingredients for Cous Cous salad

1 cup Cous Cous
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp curry paste
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
40 g bacon, (100g Bacon - Smoked, Rindless)
100 g frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for Cous Cous salad

  1. cook cous cous first in oil then add curry paste and water

  2. cook bacon in separate pan then add onion and garlic and cook until clear

  3. Combine bacon mix with cous cous and add veg and heat through
