1 cup tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 cup basil

Recipe Directions for Cous Cous Salad - Bon Appetit 1993

  1. prepar cous cous per box directions (use normal chicken broth and add a bit of olive oil)

  2. seed the cherry tomatos

  3. after cooking the cous cous, add the olive oil and mix well, then toss in the basil and green onions

  4. follow with red pepper

  5. follow with lemon juice

  6. follow with balsamic vinegar

  7. then last tomatos
