Cous cous cous with roasted veg and green lentils

Recipe Ingredients for Cous Cous and Roasted Veg

473 g sweet potato
100 g cous cous
150 g green lentils
321 g squash
275 g zucchini
1 medium onion
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cous Cous and Roasted Veg

Throw all veg and olive oil in a roasting tin and bake in the oven. Cook lentils and cous cous separatly and when all is ready mix together.
