Easy way to take cous cous for lunch. Comes out fresh and hot!

Recipe Ingredients for Cous Cous Lunch

1/4 cup uncooked cous cous
1 oz feta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
6 grape tomatoes, cut in quarters
1 tsp dried dill
1 dash salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Cous Cous Lunch

  1. Cut up tomatoes and put into a small container with cheese, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Put the cous cous and dill in a larger container. Put the small container inside the larger one and seal it up.

  2. When you are ready to have lunch, remove the smaller container and add enough hot water to just cover the cous cous. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the contents of the small container to the cooked cous cous. Stir and enjoy!
