Great homemade granola bars for a snack or to add to your greek yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Courney Wilson's Granola Bars

3 cups Quaker oats
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup coconut
1 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 Banana

Recipe Directions for Courney Wilson's Granola Bars

  1. Add all dry incredients in large bowl.

  2. Heat Peanutbutter, honey and oil in small sauce pan until completely melted.

  3. Add Peanutbutter (glue) to the dry ingredients. Stir till soaked through.

  4. Pour into a 9x13 or similar pan. Press down until firm and bake at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cooked as you like them
