Courgettes with Brie.... but no brie :(

Recipe Ingredients for Courgettes with no brie

10 g Olive Oil
114 g Onions, finely chopped
25 g Garlic, finely chopped
142 g Red Peppers, sliced
790 g Courgettes, sliced
400 g Canned Tomatos
142 g Tomato Puree
5 g dried Basil
2 1/2 g Salt

Recipe Directions for Courgettes with no brie

  1. Heat oil in wok

  2. Saute Onion and Garlic for 5mins

  3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15mins or until tender

  4. If you succumb to temptation top with slices of Brie and place under hot grill until golden brown
