Recipe Ingredients for Country Vegetable Soup

15 ounce tomato sauce
32 ounce low sodium chicken broth
2 cups chopped celery hearts
1/4 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
4 medium tomatoes
2 medium potatoes
1 cup cabbage
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup uncooked barley
2 medium zucchini
1/2 cup chopped collard greens

Recipe Directions for Country Vegetable Soup

Combine all ingredients in a soup pot or crock pot and cook until onions are clear and vegetables are tender. Vegetables last well in the crockpot, cooking overnight.
