Recipe Ingredients for Country Quiche

1 lb. Pork Sausage
6 large eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
20 grape tomatoes
10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 Pie Shells

Recipe Directions for Country Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat stirring until crumbly and no longer pink; drain well.

  2. Whisk together eggs and baking powder; stir in sausage and tomatoes and next 3 ingridients. Divide mixture between shells. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
