Easy to make, and goes with any meal. Just add eggs and meat for a great breakfast, or serve along side grilled chicken breast for supper.

Recipe Ingredients for Country Potatoes

4 cups diced potatoes
3 cups diced onions
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Country Potatoes

Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet, and then toss in all ingredients. To avoid sticking on pans, add 1 Tbsp water and stir when ingredients begin to stick. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until potatoes are done.
