1 medium Russet Potatoes
60 grams Whole Milk
4 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for country potato dumpling

  1. boil potatoes and mash with butter and milk.

  2. when potatoes are cool to touch, add beaten egg and flour.

  3. Mix well and form 10 baseball size balls.

  4. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes
