TeresaCook pasta until tender-rinse in cold water. Steam of boil veggies--rinse in cold water. Dressing: combine mustard, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil until blended. In large bowl combine pasta, dressing, add cooked veggies, basil and cheese. Toss well and refrigerate.

Recipe Ingredients for Country Garden Pasta

1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vinegar, sherry
1 lbs pasta
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 cups mushrooms, raw
2 cups carrots cut into matchsticks
2 cups zuchinni cut into matchsticks
2 cups broccoli, flowerets
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup mustard, grainy
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup basil, chopped fresh
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
