Good, didn't think it would be so high in calories, in cook book it says only 363 calories

Recipe Ingredients for Country Fried Chicken

8 oz. chicken breast
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1/2 onion
1 1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Country Fried Chicken

  1. dip chicken into egg batter

  2. mix salt, pepper, oregano and bread crumbs

  3. dip chicken into bread crumb mix

  4. 2tbsp oil in pan

  5. fry chicken

  6. cut onion into strips

  7. when chicken is done 2 more tbsp olive oil in pan

  8. grill onions in drippings

  9. add flour

  10. slowly add milk

  11. when good consitancy place chicken back into pan
