Recipe Ingredients for Country Crust Bread

1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp table salt
2 eggs
2 cups warm water
17 1/2 grams Active Dry Yeast
1/4 olive oil
4 cups White Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Graham Flour

Recipe Directions for Country Crust Bread

Mix sugar, salt, and eggs first. Add warm water (110 - 115), yeast, and oil. Add flour last. Let bread rise till it doubles in size. Punch down. Place in loaf pans and let rise about an hour. Brush on oil or egg wash. Bake at 375 for 30 -35 minutes. Take out of pans to cool.
