Recipe Ingredients for Country Chicken Supper (Modified)

18 oz skinless chicken breast, chopped
1 tbsp canola oil
30 oz tomatoes, diced
29 oz carrots, sliced
16 oz green beans, frozen
1 1/2 cups brown rice
3 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Country Chicken Supper (Modified)

  1. Add oil to large skillet.

  2. Brown cubed chicken breast in oil over medium high heat ~5 min or until no longer pink

  3. Add tomatoes, carrots, green beans, rice, and 1 1/2 cups of water to the skillet and mix thoroughly.

  4. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
