Andrea's recipe I doubled the mushroom soup and chicken broth amounts so there would be more gravy. I think you could use chicken tenders also

Recipe Ingredients for Country Chicken

2 lb chicken breasts, skinless boneless (6)
4 oz mozzarella cheese
21 oz Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
8 oz chicken broth
6 oz Stove Top stuffing mix
1/4 cup land o lakes light canola butter

Recipe Directions for Country Chicken

  1. Layer the chicken breasts or chicken tenders in the bottom of the crock pot.

  2. Pour the chicken broth (or water) over them.

  3. Lay 1 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each breast, or sprinkle shredded mozzarella over them

  4. Pour the mushroom soup over all

  5. Pour the stuffing mix on top

  6. Pour or dab canola butter on top

  7. Cook in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours; or on high for 3 - 4 hours. If using chicken tenders, the time might be less.

  8. Serve with fruit salad and green vegetable such as broccoli.
