Recipe Ingredients for Country Breakfast Casserole

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
16 oz O'Brien Potatoes
1/2 cups egg substitute
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons flour
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz sausage links, chopped

Recipe Directions for Country Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Heat oil in medium skillet.

  3. Fry potatoes until golden.

  4. Mix egg substitute, milk, flour, cheese, pepper, and chopped links in mixing bowl.

  5. Spray 8x12 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, pour mixture into baking dish.

  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
