Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Pie

1/2 cup Certified Angus Beef Ground Beef
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Carrots
0.13 cup Flour, All Purpose
2 teaspoon Bovril
16 fl oz Water
1 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk And Butter Added
1/2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Cottage Pie

Saute onion and carrots add ground beef and saute until brown add flour stir add beef stock and water bring to boil then simmer 30 to 40 mins. combine potato and mashed cooked cauliflower. Put cooked beef in pie dish top with potato cauliflower mix. Mark with fork. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and crisp.
