Recipe Ingredients for Cottage pie

460 grams Beef
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
160 grams Onions
1 zucchini
200 g tinned tomatoes
60 grams Carrots
1 Cube Stock Cubes
20 grams Tomato Puree
760 grams Potato, Mashed

Recipe Directions for Cottage pie

  1. Fry onion and mince in oil

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except potatoes.

  3. Season and add some mixed herbs . spices etc

  4. Place meat mix in ovenproof dish and cover with mashed potato.

  5. Cook for approx 30 min @ 160, or place under grill to brown
