Recipe Ingredients for Cottage pie

1 potato, baked
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 onion, sliced
1/2 carrot, diced
1/2 cup corn
150 g minced chicken meat
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
25 g cheese

Recipe Directions for Cottage pie

  1. heat pan with oil.fry onions till brown and add vegetables. add meat and soy sauce and salt and fry till meat is cooked.

  2. put potato in microwave oven for 3 minutes on high. mash with butter and milk.

  3. put fried meat and vegetables in a shallow dish and cover with potato mixture. sprinkle cheese on top and bake in toaster oven for 5 minutes.
