1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup, whole Mushrooms
3 serving Mixed Vegetables Fresh Frozen
1/4 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp Pure Irish Butter
1 1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
