this is a really yummy snack or light meal with good sources of protein, fat and vitamins. I love it after working out. Sprinkle 1 Tbs raisins on top too for variety!

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 stalk celery
1 medium carrot
1 tbs chopped walnuts
1/2 apple

chop vegetables and apple in bite size peices. mix everything together.
