Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup egg beaters
2 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Combine all ingredients in food processer add cinnamon and sweetner if you like and fry in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray until golden brown.
