Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Leavening Agents, Cream Of Tartar
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
4 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
6 oz Apple Cider

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Mix and sift together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together oil, cider, and Egg Beaters. Add dry ingredients all at once to oil, cider, and Egg Beater mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup cottage cheese, being careful not to over-mix. Makes about 8 4 inch diameter pancakes.
