SB Phase I - Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1/4 c. cottage cheese, nonfat
2 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T splenda

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  1. Beat egg whites till fluffy and light.

  2. Combine rest of ingrediants in blender and whiz through to eliminate lumps.

  3. Spray hot pan with cooking spray and pour mixture to desired size.

  4. When surface bubbles, flip and cook other side.
