Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  1. Sauteeā?? the onion in butter or olive oil until goldenā?¦..allow to cool in pan.

  2. In the large cup of Magic Bullet, beat egg slightly; add in cottage cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Remove from blender cup and stir in onion.

  3. Heat a nonstick skillet sprayed with Pam. Place four Ā¼ cup scoops of batter spread into small pancakes, in pan. Cook until well browned on first sideā?¦flip and cook until lightly browned on other side.
