Cottage Loaf - kind of like meatloaf, but vegetarian.

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Loaf

1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tsp Soup
2 serving Original Special K
2 serving Original Special K
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
2 oz Colby Jack Cheese
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Loaf

Chop the onions and grate the cheese, and finely chop the walnuts. Add salt and sage to taste. Mix all together and put in loaf pan or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
