Cottage Cheese Loaf is a great substitute for meatloaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Loaf

1 cup 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1 med onion
2 tbsp oil
1 c bread crumbs
3 large eggs
1 pkg McCormicks Brown Gravy (Low sodium recipe)

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Loaf

  1. Braise onions in oil until golden.

  2. Beat eggs slightly

  3. Mix all items together

  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

  5. Remove from oven, poke holes throughout the loaf and

  6. top with McCormicks brown gravy (adds minimal amount of calories etc.) Cook an additional 10 minutes or until set.
