I haven't tried this, but it seems pretty good and healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Loaf

1 onion, finely chopped
2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dry breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Loaf

  1. Spray a non-stick fryingpan with cooking spray.

  2. Sauté onion until soft.

  3. Place remaining ingredients in bowl, add onion and mix well.

  4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased loaf tin and bake in moderate oven, for 50-55 minutes or until browned and firm.
