Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Loaf

16 oz. cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 ounce dry onion soup mix
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups corn flakes

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, vegetable oil, soup mix, walnuts and cereal.

  3. Spoon into lightly oiled loaf pan.

  4. Preheated oven to 350 degrees.

  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
