Just a simple snack using good-for-ya ingredients. Sugar is pretty low, sodium could be better, yeah...but yummy and filling. Lots of protein and other good stuff. Compare to a Yoplait Light fruit flavored yogurt #82933.

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese and Fresh Fruit Snack

1/2 c 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 c sliced strawberries
1/4 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese and Fresh Fruit Snack

  1. Crush a few of the blueberries and mix with the cottage cheese.

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Cover and let stand in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to let flavors develop.
