This is a delicious grade B recipe that can be eaten with veggies as a dip, or even eaten alone. I like to put it on a tomato that has been hollowed out and eat it like a salad. Adjust mayo and use lower fat cottage cheese to make this better for you. YUMM!!

Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese dip, for vegetables

16 oz cottage cheese 2%
4 tbs best foods Mayonnaise
4 tbs chopped chives
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp mustard powder
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese dip, for vegetables

  1. Chop the garlic;

  2. Chop the chives;

  3. Drain the cottage cheese or it will come out soupy;

  4. Mix everything together;

  5. Enjoy!
