Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Dill Bread (Bread Machine)

2 T olive oil
40 g shallot (1 medium), chopped
1 c lowfat 1% cottage cheese
1/4 c lowfat milk
1 egg, jumbo
21 2/5 g egg yoke, jumbo
2 1/2 c bread flour
1 T sugar
1 T gluten
2 T dried dill weed
1 1/4 t salt
2 t active dry yeast

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese Dill Bread (Bread Machine)

  1. Sauté shallot in olive oil until translucent and set aside to cool to warm.

  2. Place ingredients in bread machine.

  3. Set for Basic/White, 1.5 Pound, Dark crust.
