Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheese and Dill Biscuits

1/2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 c. fat-free buttermilk
2 t. chopped fresh dill
1 3/4 c. unbleached flour
1 T. baking powder
1 t. sugar
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
3 T. unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheese and Dill Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Coat baking sheet with spray.

  2. In small bowl combine first 3 ingredients. Mix well.

  3. In large bowl combine next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Use pastry blender to cut in butter.

  4. Gently stir cottage cheese mixture into flour until just moistened. Drop batter onto prepared sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
