Recipe Ingredients for Cottage cheese and berries

1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 tsp. splenda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tbsp. walnuts

Recipe Directions for Cottage cheese and berries

I don't like the texture of cottage cheese, so I blend it with the splenda and vanilla. Pour into a bowl, add berries on top and sprinkle with walnuts.
