Recipe Ingredients for Cottage Cheddar Cheese Pie

16 oz cottage cheese, no salt added
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c cream
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t dried parsley
1/2 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Cottage Cheddar Cheese Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.

  3. Pour into a 9" pie pan (preferably pyrex or similar) and bake for 65-75 minutes or until top is puffed up and brown.

  4. Cool a few minutes before serving.
