1 cup rice
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Costa Rican Rice Pudding (Arroz con Leche)

Cook rice in 2 cups of water until rice is large and soft (overcooked). Add all other ingredients, simmer for an hour.
