Add 1/4 tsp Grama masala spices to recipe. Dried figs are actually driend dates. And subsitute Soy Sauce with Liquid Aminos if available.

Recipe Ingredients for Corrected Veggie Dish

1 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1 cup Sweetpotato
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Fig Figs
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Corrected Veggie Dish

  1. Chop up veggies and dates

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/8in slices

  3. Heat pan with the olive oil and add garam masala spices.

  4. Throw in veggies and dates and add 1/4 cup water and 1 tbs balsamic vinegar.

  5. Cover and cook over low-medium

  6. heat for 15-20 minutes till potatoes are soft.

  7. Serve hot and salt to taste with liquid aminos.

  8. Hard boil 1 egg and add to meal if desired.
