Recipe Ingredients for Corrected Shrimp Stuffed Tomatoes

6 large tomatoes
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound cooked small shrimp
6 tsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Corrected Shrimp Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Cook 1 cup brown rice in 2 cups water and 1 or 14g package (single serving cube) of Telma Vegetable soup and seasoning) approx 40 minutes or until done.

  2. Scoop out inside of tomato. Rinse and clean shrimp. Excluding Parmesan cheese, mix rice with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
