1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 c. light butter, melted
1/2 c. egg beaters
1 1/4 c. skim milk

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients.

  3. Mix until just blended.

  4. Pour into a greased 8" square pan.
