1 cup cornmeal
1 egg, plus enough water to make 3-4 cups
1 tbs Honey
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 small onion
1 Jalapeño Pepper

Recipe Directions for Cornmeal Savory Breakfast

  1. Dice the veggies and saute in oil

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on a low heat until the batter thickens to a porridge consistency
