We call this cornmeal mush. Its basically like cream of wheat made with cornmeal.

Recipe Ingredients for Cornmeal Mush

8 oz Cornmeal, Medium Grind
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
9 tsp Organics Sugar

Recipe Directions for Cornmeal Mush

  1. boil 2 c. water

  2. mix 1 c. cornmeal with 1 c. water.

  3. add to boiling water and stir constantly until thickend to desired consistency.

  4. put into bowls, add milk and a bit of sugar.

  5. enjoy
