0.67 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
0.33 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 cup Corn Whole Kernel
0.5 cup Soymilk Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Cornmeal Dumplings

  1. prepare 45 min before slow-cooker soup is done

  2. combine dry ingredients

  3. stir in corn, milk, and oil until just combined

  4. drop by spoonfuls onto hot soup in slow cooker

  5. cover and cook on high 30-40 min until cooked through
