Recipe Ingredients for Cornmeal Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup blueberries
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Cornmeal Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Prepare the muffin pan.

  3. Melt the butter, set aside.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients.

  5. Blend the wet ingredients well.

  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix to moisten. Fold in blueberries.

  7. Spoon into prepared muffin pan.

  8. Bake about 20 minutes. Start checking at 15.
