Recipe Ingredients for Cornmeal with Agave sweetener

16 tablespoons Yellow Corn Meal
0.5 cup Butter
8 tbsp Blue Agave
6.66 oz Lowfat Cultured 1% Milkfat Buttermilk
1 serving Baking Soda
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Organic Flax Seed Meal

Recipe Directions for Cornmeal with Agave sweetener

Melt butter. Stir in Agave. Combine buttermilk with baking soda. Add eggs and buttermilk to the butter and agave until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients and stir until well blended. Pour batter into a greased 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes
