A recipe from a professor a Cornell University

Recipe Ingredients for Cornell Chicken

6 skinless chicken thighs
8 skinless chicken legs
1 egg
1 cup oil
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Cornell Chicken

  1. Beat egg then wisk in oil and vinegar and seasonings. Soak chicken in marinade 8 hours or overnight. Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

  2. Calorie count assumes you will be eating all of the marinade which you won't. I would just log the chicken as whatever pieces you are using plain instead of using the calories from this recipe.
