Trying to find a healthier way to eat corned beef and cabbage!

Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef Soup

2 lbs corned beef (start with 3.5 lb slab)
1 head,+large+about+7"+dia Cabbage
1 Onions
5 stalks celery
4 tbsp Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon, Powder, Dry
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef Soup

  1. Cook corned beef in slow cooker with spices

  2. Remove corned beef, remove any visible fat.

  3. Shred meat, remove fat.

  4. Strain remaing broth into bowl; refrigerate and remove any fat from the top. Put into soup pot.

  5. Add beef broth to fill pot 3/4 full.

  6. Add meat, onion and celery. Bring to boil.

  7. Shred cabbage and add to pot; cook low boil 30+ minutes.

  8. Spices to taste: chili garlic paste, celery powder, lemon pepper
