Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash

3 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
10 oz Corned Beef
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tbsp Butter
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef Hash

Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add the onions and cook until golden. Add about 1/3 cup of broth from making the corned beef and the worcestershire sauce, then mix in the potatoes and corned beef, Cook until brown and crispy, turning over occasionally. Serve with poached egg.
