Use any beef. I used frozen hash browns for the potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash

1/2 lb beef, corned chopped
2 cups potatoes, cooked chopped
1/2 c onions, minced
1/3 c tomato juice
2 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef Hash

  1. Combine meat and potatoes.

  2. Stir in onions and other ingredients

  3. Heat salad oil in skillet and spread hash evenly over the bottom

  4. Do not stir, but occasionally lift edge to check bottom browning.

  5. When browned to desire, loosen edges and fold one half over the other.

  6. Serve

  7. Vary with your choice of add-ins (chili sauce, relish, eggs, etc)
