Dill Corned Beef Hash and Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Corned Beef Hash

4 ounces corned beef brisket, cooked and diced
1 1/2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion or 1/2 medium fresh onion
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tablespoon margarine

Recipe Directions for Corned Beef Hash

  1. Saute onions in margarine with sugar until golden

  2. Add corned beef and potatoes.

  3. Add dill weed

  4. Season with pepper as desired

  5. Mix well.

  6. Spray non stick pan and spread hash mixture into pan. Flatten lightly. Cook on medium heat until brown.

  7. Invert large plate onto skillet and flip over. Remove skillet, respray and slide hash back into pan keeping browned side up. Brown on that side. Serve with poached eggs if desired.
